The Schmittopia Citizen Committee has been hard at work these past few months but they have granted citizenship to the newest roommate.
His name is Ian, but no one calls him that. We refer to him as Bannerman or Bannermania or Bannerfail or Bannertard or Kid depending on our moods. He hails from California and claims to have seen snow before.
